For the reservation process, we will send you the Down Payment request from our e-commerce link system, Master Card or Visa are accepted, make sure your credit card is suitable to make an overseas online transaction and already 3D Secured featured to avoid link failing. If it is failed let us know and we will create a new one.

For pickup & drop off at Jimbaran, Ubud, Uluwatu, Pecatu and Canggu region, the additional charge will be IDR 150.000 per day per group for a minimum of two persons.
Terms and Condition of cancellation and reservation :
To maintain the quality of our service to other clients, we have to inform that there will be a 50% cancellation charge when there is cancellation 4 – 8 days before the target excursion date and it will be 100% when the cancellation was made in less than 3 days before the excursion date with any reason and 100% cancellation for NO-SHOW
50% down payment is required, to confirm and secure the reservation, by paying a down payment stated in the email, is that you are agreeing to the terms and cancellation and is a commitment for the customer to guarantee the booking, and the customer will show up on the excursion day and pay the remaining balance on the day of arrival. Also our commitment to reserve your slot and reserve the reservation to prepare the trip for the customer.
If there is NO Down Payment made during the reservation, The Dive Centre has the right to not guarantee your booking or reserve your dive trip or any activity. The Dive Centre will not submit the reservation until Down Payment is received.
